If you purchased your subscription under a different email, you have two choices! You can either update your COIN App email to the email you used to purchase the subscription, OR we can change the email on file for your subscription.
Keep in mind that changing the email in your COIN Account can be done on your own, and that changing the email associated with your purchase will require a support ticket, which will increase the wait time before you can start using your COIN Subscription.
Change Email On Your Own (Immediate)
- Log in to my.coinapp.co
- Go to the Account Page, or go to https://my.coinapp.co/account
- Click the Pencil Icon next to your email to change it
Once you have updated your COIN Account to use the email that you used to purchase your Subscription, please log out of my.coinapp.co, and log back in.
To do this, open COIN and if you're still logged in, log out by selecting the icon in the top left corner and selecting Sign Out. Once you're signed out, sign back in.
If you do not see the change to your subscription, please contact our support team.
Update Email on Billing Information (Requires Support Ticket)
Please contact our support team with the email you would like to use on your account, and confirm that you would like this email to be used for your billing information.
