Why is my COIN Missing?
Sometimes your COIN balance can go to zero or miss some COIN if you recently updated COIN, changed phones, or used a feature inside the app. Most often, this can be resolved immediately with some short troubleshooting.
Some Troubleshooting Steps:
- Make sure you are logged into the correct account
- Log out and back into COIN
- Check your mobile connection
- Check Possible COIN Expiration (Gone 6+ Months from COIN)
- Check your Account History
- Uninstall and Re-Install the COIN app
Logged Into Different / Wrong Account
If you accidentally logged into a different account, don't worry — your old tokens will still be in the old account! The easiest solution is to log out, and switch to the correct one.
If you accidentally made a second account, you can request instructions for account deletion from the team.

Did you change devices recently?
If you've recently switched to a new phone or tablet, sometimes you need to re-login to the COIN app. Make sure you've logged into the same account as the one you used to use!
Account History: Recent Redeems
If you are missing a significant amount of COIN, it could be from a recent redeem request. You can easily view (and cancel) unprocessed redeem requests from within the app. Follow these instructions for details on how to cancel a recent redeem request: https://support.coinapp.co/hc/en-us/articles/360051156413

Keep in mind however that cryptocurrency redeems are immutable and cannot be refunded or reversed, so once the redeem has been processed, you will not be able to cancel it.
Account History: Geodrop or Geoclaim
It is possible you recently used the Geodrop or Geoclaim buttons and reduced your COIN amount. You can check the histories here:

Although you can't reverse a Geoclaim, you can "recall" a Geodrop if it has not yet been picked up. You can see how to do that here: https://support.coinapp.co/hc/en-us/articles/360033320833
