Other Options if Outside of Warranty
If you are experiencing issues with connection for your device, we suggest purchasing a new battery. The SentinelX BLE uses a replaceable, reasonably-priced battery called a CR3032. You can locate this battery on Amazon. With daily use and minimal noise creation, your SentinelX battery should last a few months (up to a year). Keep in mind that SentinelX sounds use more battery than simply connecting to the app for your additional rewards, so try to reduce additional SentinelX motion and do not click the button unless you'll be setting it up for the first time.
Android Users: If you use the SentinelX BLE with an Android device, you may have to occasionally restart your device to clear it of any prior Bluetooth connections. Older Android devices may have difficulty maintaining numerous Bluetooth connections, or may occasionally get in a "stuck" Bluetooth state.
