If your subscription is with the Apple iTunes Store but your plan is not showing up on your account, you can try the Restoring Purchases button.

Restoring Purchases guide
Try "Restoring Purchases" inside the app to re-connect your Subscription to your App. As a quick note, we can't make any changes to iTunes App Store subscription billing cycles, and cannot issue refunds for them. This all must be done with the iTunes App Store directly.
Here's some instructions for how to restore purchases:
1. Tap the icon in the top left of your screen. This will take you to your account information page.
2. Tap "App Settings"
3. Tap "Restore Purchases"
