Before starting an offer, make sure you read and meet all the eligibility and offer requirements.
- After clicking on an offer, promptly download and open the app of the offer.
- Go back to the offer wall and check the "In Progress" tab to see that the status of your offer changed to Installed. If the status isn't "Installed", wait 15 minutes and check again
- If the status does not change to “Installed”, we recommend choosing a different offer to complete as reinstalling does not qualify as a new install by the advertisers.
- Your progress cannot be transferred to another device, offers must be started and completed on the same device.
- Once the status has changed to "Installed", you may go ahead and complete the offer by it's requirements.
For missing rewards, visit the Extended Challenges* area in Rewarded Play and take the steps outlined below to submit the support ticket for the Special offer you are missing rewards on. *We know you chose Special offers, but this is the way to contact support. Please follow the instructions below.

Tap rewarded tasks
Tap rewarded play
Choose extended challenges
Tap the three bars in the upper left and tap Reward Status
and find the offer with missing rewards (either in In Progress or Completed) and submit a request
