How to Contact Extended Challenges Hosts
- Open Extended Challenges, and tap the My Offers tab in the bottom right corner.
- Tap View on the Challenge you are missing rewards for
- Scroll down, tap the Support button, and submit a request. Be sure to include screenshots to prove you completed the challenge and earned the reward!
- Allow time for the Adgem team to review your support request and respond.
If you are still not seeing your rewards after 7 days, please be sure to reach out to the AdGem support team for Rewarded Play by submitting a ticket here: https://docs.adgem.com/player-support/player-support/
You will receive an email with an Adgem Support ticket number, please continue the correspondence for your rewards. A ticket must be submitted in order to receive AdGem support.
