To Contact Premium Adventures Hosts
In order to process your complaint on missing rewards, we kindly ask you to open a “Missing Rewards” ticket via your Offerwall IN PROGRESS tab. Please note that the option to open a ticket is only available 6 hours after you click on an offer, and only for 60 days since that click (or if otherwise specified).
To open a ticket, please follow the following steps:
1. Go to your Premium Adventures Offerwall, tap the 3-line icon in the top right corner, and tap My Activity.
2. Click on the offer you want to open a ticket for (make sure the status changed to Installed or In Progress) and click on "Missing Reward?" for any level you should have earned a reward for completing.
3. Create a support request and fill in the necessary information.
4. Be sure to add screenshots that can help support see that you have completed the offer.
5. Click the check box and then Submit. Your ticket is now in Pending Support status and the ticket number will appear in the list next to the offer name. You will also receive an automated email informing you that we received your ticket request.
