If your mobile device is NFC Compatible, but has NFC turned off in the settings, you will be unable to scan your SentinelX NFC. Note: Some phones do not have NFC capability, which means you will not be able to turn the feature on, as it does not exist on the device.
You may see no error, or see the following when you try to scan:
For most devices, to turn on NFC:
- Go to your phone's "Settings"
- Search for "NFC"
- Turn on the NFC Setting
These settings may change between manufacturers and phone operating system versions.
