A shipping address is required for a physical item redeemed in the COIN app.
- Tap the profile icon in the top left corner of the app
- Tap "Update Redeem Details"
- Tap the pencil icon in the "Shipping Address" field and enter your full shipping address. You will receive a Noreply system email from COIN. Please check your email inbox (the same email you are logged into for COIN) and tap the verification link to complete this update. Check your spam and promotion folders if you do not see it!
Note: Be careful when entering your shipping address, as any error could lead to your package not getting delivered safely.
