Learn How it Works
A crypto wallet exists on the blockchain, and cryptowallet company like Trust, Metamask, or Coinbase essentially gives you an easy interface to interact with, track, send, and receive digital assets.
So even though a cryptowallet may store assets on the blockchain, you still may need to add the asset to your cryptowallet interface to visualize your assets and interact with them!

KuCoin
NOTE: We do not suggest that you redeem directly to an exchange wallet.
Exchange wallets are inherently less safe than private wallets because the exchange has access to your wallet. You should store assets in a private wallet (like Trust or Metamask) and then transfer to an exchange ONLY when you plan to make a trade.
Warning for KuCoin:
Please be informed that your XYO won't be credited to your KuCoin account if it does not reach the minimum required amount. You may check the minimum required amount on KuCoin's deposit page before requesting the redeem to a KuCoin address.
