Learn How it Works
A cryptowallet exists on blockchain, and cryptowallet company like Trust, Metamask, or Coinbase essentially gives you an easy interface to interact with, track, send, and receive digital assets.
So even though a cryptowallet may store assets on the blockchain, you still may need to add the asset to your cryptowallet interface to visualize your assets and interact with them!

NOTE: We do not suggest that you redeem directly to an exchange wallet.
Exchange wallets are inherently less safe than a private wallet, because the exchange has access to your wallet. You should store assets in a private wallet (like Trust or Metamask) and then transfer to an exchange ONLY when you plan to make a trade.
