Confirm Wallet Address
The receiving XYO wallet address should match the one you provided to the COIN app. Please check the wallet saved to your profile:
- Open the COIN app
- Tap your Profile window in the top left corner
- Tap redeem details
- Your ERC-20 address should match the receiving XYO public address of your wallet.

Add XYO as a visible option to Your Wallet
This would be needed in order to see those tokens sent to your wallet.

ERC-20 Compatibility
Because XYO Tokens are an "ERC-20" Token, the wallet you use needs to be ERC-20 Compatible. We have an article dedicated to ERC-20 Compatibility, but you can also do a Google search and find out more about your wallet's compatibility.
Contact Your Wallet's Specific Team
If you have provided the COIN app with the correct wallet, and you have already set up XYO as a token to view on the said wallet, and you are sure it is ERC-20 compatible, you will want to reach out to the support team dedicated to the wallet you use.
