If you've finished a game or task for Endless Play on an iOS device hosted by BitLabs and you are missing rewards, please use the BitLabs Offerwall after starting an offer to Report a Problem.
Tap + in the top right of the COIN App
Tap Rewarded Tasks
Scroll to the bottom of this page and tap Legacy View
Tap Rewarded Games
Tap Endless Play
Tap the Menu icon in the top left corner of the Bitlabs Offerwall for Endless Play. Tap Reward History. Tap View Details on the Game or task you need help with, and tap Report a Problem.
If you are unable to report a problem using the Bitlabs Offerwall, please contact their team and use the option "Bitlabs Offer".
