What does SentinelX Sharing Mean?
SentinelX Sharing will allow you, the geominer, who has one or many SentinelX devices to maximize the power of your SentinelX's. You can set up multiple SentinelX's to link to your COIN app.
Once the SentinelX is added you can place it in a shared area (like at a train station) or give it to someone and any time geomining(Having the COIN app running on a mobile phone) occurs within its range, it has a chance to be selected for the 10% share of rewards.
If it is the only SentinelX or XY4+ in range then it will be selected 100% of the time! Only 1 device is selected per geomine for sharing.
What Are the Benefits of SentinelX Sharing?
The benefits of SentinelX Sharing is utilizing your geomining kit or extra SentinelX's to give you rewards not only when you are using the COIN app, but when others are using the COIN app around your SentinelX's! This adds rewards passively to your mining that you wouldn't get even if you had your app set to auto collect.
This also benefits other community members by increasing the geospatial certainty to their location and increasing their rewards! This is a feature that adds a superpower to the COIN app for geohackers.
How to see Rewards and How they are Delivered
After the device has been added and it starts to get some use, you'll see the total update, which represents your 10% cut of the rewards.
You can open up the details of any of your Shared SentinelX's and see their daily totals for the last 5 days.
Shared SentinelX Rewards are delivered to you daily through geodrops from our system. You will get the total from the previous day (in UTC) and the note from sender will be "Here are your shared SentinelX rewards for yesterday."
Please note: SentinelX Sharing Rewards only trigger for Geomining rewards greater than 0.01 COIN. Remines and Geomines on Device Change are not counted.
