In order to redeem your digital assets, you must meet these requirements:
- Have a COIN account
- The account is 2 weeks old
- Earned at least 10,000.00 COIN
- Have a Coinbase account or an external wallet that is capable of receiving XYO/ETH/BTC Tokens
- Have not requested a redemption in the past 2 weeks
- Have not redeemed to the same Coinbase Email Account or Eth Address in the past 2 weeks.

The redemption price of XYO, ETH, and BTC is determined by taking the highest of the current price, the average of the previous day's price, and the last 7-day average price. A 100,000 COIN minimum is required for XYO redemptions on Ethereum.
Redemptions can take up to 5–7 business days to fulfill. Please note that this timeframe may be extended due to factors beyond our control, such as delays or technical issues with third-party services like Coinbase or the Ethereum network. If you experience a delay, our support team is happy to assist—you can message us to cancel a redemption and explore alternative solutions.
