If you purchased your subscription under a different email, you have two choices! You can create a COIN account with the email you used to purchase the subscription, OR we can change the email on file for your subscription.
Keep in mind that changing the email associated with your purchase will require a support ticket, which will increase the wait time before you can start using your COIN Subscription.
Create a new account with your purchase email (Immediate)
- Create a new account by logging out of COIN and sign up with your purchase email
If you do not see the change to your subscription, please contact our support team.
Change your COIN Account email to match your purchase email
- Tap your profile icon in the top left corner of the COIN App home page.
- Tap the pencil icon next to your email address
- Type in the email you used at the time of checkout
- Click Update and Approve the Noreply system email sent to your current account email inbox (not the inbox of the new email you are changing to)
- Close out of the COIN App and log in with your newly changed email address and password. You should see the subscription status has been updated as well.
Update Email on Billing Information (Requires Support Ticket)
Please contact our support team with the email you would like to use on your account, and confirm that you would like this email to be used for your billing information.
