Why is my COIN Missing?
Sometimes your COIN balance can change if you've recently updated COIN, changed phones, or used a feature inside the app. Most often, this can be resolved immediately with some short troubleshooting.

Logged Into a Different / Wrong Account
If you accidentally logged into a different account, don't worry — your old COIN will still be in the old account! The easiest solution is to log out and log back into the correct account.
If you accidentally made a second account, you can delete it if desired.

Check your mobile connection
If your balance says "loading" or is empty, your COIN app has not yet connected to servers. Please try different wifi/data connections to re-establish the connection.
COIN expired after 6 months of non-use
If you have not used COIN in over 6 months, your COIN could be expired. Please contact our team for help!
Did you change devices recently?
If you've recently switched to a new phone or tablet, sometimes you need to re-login to the COIN app. Make sure you've logged into the same account as the one you used to use!
Account History: Recent Redeems
If you are missing a significant amount of COIN, it could be from a recent redemption request. You can easily view (and cancel) unprocessed redemption requests from within the app. Follow these instructions for details on how to cancel a recent redemption request.
You can also view recent redeems at the bottom of this page: https://my.coinapp.co/redeem
Keep in mind however that cryptocurrency redemptions are immutable and cannot be refunded or reversed, so once the redemption has been processed, you will not be able to cancel it. If you redeemed to the wrong Coinbase account, please contact our team for help.
Account History: Geodrop or Geoclaim
It is possible you recently used the Geodrop or Geoclaim buttons and reduced your COIN amount. You can check the histories here:
Geodrop history: https://my.coinapp.co/geodrops
Geoclaim history: https://my.coinapp.co/geoclaims
Although you can't reverse a Geoclaim, you can "recall" a Geodrop if it has not yet been picked up. You can see how to do that here.
If these steps do not help, please contact our team for help!
Uninstall and Re-Install the COIN app
You can uninstall and reinstall COIN to reset any problem you might be encountering. If this does not help, please Contact our team!
