IMPORTANT: You can have a COIN Plus or Pro subscription that is hosted by either the COIN website or the Apple App Store/Google Play Store.
If you are not sure who hosted your subscription, please try each option applicable to you below:
For the Apple App Store:
Open the App Store app and tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
Tap "Subscriptions" and find the active COIN Subscription.
From there, you can cancel your next billing period and your subscription will end after your current cycle.
For the Google Play Store:
- Open the Google Play app.
- At the top right, tap the profile icon.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription or prepaid plan you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the instructions.
From there, you can cancel your next billing period and your subscription will end after your current cycle.
If you do not see any COIN Subscription in your app store:
Please ensure you are signed in to the right account. After double-checking the account you are signed in to and you still do not see any subscription, chances are that you have a COIN subscription hosted in our native system (separate from the App Stores).
Head over to my.coinapp.co and log in with your COIN email account.
Reminder: Cancellation of an active subscription will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle.
If you do not see the option to cancel here, there is a chance your Subscription is under a different email address. Use an alternative email address if possible and try again.
