How to Witness Big Geomines
Every time you Geomine the amount of COIN you earn will vary. Some tiles will even reward large amounts of COIN. These are called Big Geomines and hundreds of them happen every day!
When this icon pops up on your screen, tap it! You will be brought to the Big Geomines page.
Here, you will see all of the recent Big Geomines that have happened all around the world. Tap the checkmark ✅ next to one to witness it.
When you are one of the first 200 to witness a Big Geomine, you will earn some COIN as a reward! The closer you are to be the first to Witness, the higher your reward. This Witness reward size is based on the size of the actual Big Geomine.
There are tons of Big Geomines happening to Geominers every day, so be sure to be the first to tap this checkmark to share in on the joy.
Witness Winner
At the end of each UTC day, a user that witnessed at least one Big Geomine is randomly selected to win the amount of COIN equal to the total Big Geomines that occurred that previous day. The more Big Geomines you witnessed the higher the chance you will be selected. The prize will be geodropped to the selected winner.
This means that if 1000 Big Geomines happen in a single day, the Witness Winner will receive 1000 COIN.
This feature can be turned off anytime in App Settings, found in the top-left icon.
