The COIN app allows you to redeem your COIN for real-world items or cryptocurrency. The App will require an appropriate address to deliver these items:

Physical Items: A shipping address is required for delivery.

Cryptocurrency: You need a Coinbase account or an external wallet to receive digital assets.
- XYO can be sent to your Coinbase account or an external wallet.
- ETH and BTC can be sent to your Coinbase account.
- NFTs can be sent to an external wallet.
Choosing your Coinbase account to receive XYO, ETH, or BTC redemptions provides a gas fee-free option!
Physical Items: Be careful when entering your shipping address, as any error could lead to your package not getting delivered safely.
Coinbase: When redeeming COIN to Coinbase, if the email is entered incorrectly; this can result in a loss of digital currency. You may have the option of having this transaction returned to the sender if the tokens are unclaimed after 30 days. Please contact COIN support after these conditions have been met to see if your redemption can be returned.
External Wallets: Be careful when providing your receiving XYO address from your external wallet! Providing a wallet address that is not compatible with XYO can result in a loss of digital currency. We cannot resend your tokens or edit the transaction once it is sent. Click here for help with XYO/NFT wallets.
