The COIN app allows you to redeem your COIN for real-world items or cryptocurrency. The App will require an appropriate address to deliver these items:
- Physical Items: A shipping address is required for delivery.

Cryptocurrency: You need a Coinbase account or an external wallet to receive digital assets.
- XYO can be sent to your Coinbase account or an external wallet.
- NFTs can be sent to an external wallet.
Choosing your Coinbase account to receive XYO redemptions provides a gas fee-free option! A 100,000 COIN minimum is required for XYO redemptions on Ethereum. Subsequent redemptions of XYO on Ethereum start at 250,000 COIN. A 10,000 COIN minimum is required for XYO redemptions on Coinbase. Subsequent redemptions of XYO on Coinbase start at 50,000 COIN, and all minimums can change without notice.
Physical Items: Be careful when entering your shipping address, as any error could lead to your package not getting delivered safely.
Coinbase: When redeeming COIN to Coinbase, if the email is entered incorrectly, this can result in a loss of digital currency. You may have the option of having this transaction returned to the sender if the tokens are unclaimed after 30 days. Please contact COIN support after these conditions have been met to see if your redemption can be returned.
External Wallets: Be careful when providing your receiving XYO address from your external wallet! Providing a wallet address that is not compatible with XYO can result in a loss of digital currency.
