If your account is currently at the basic level when you recently made a purchase for a COIN subscription, here is one way to bump you back up to speed.
1. Make sure your COIN account is the same email as the one used at the time of checkout
2. Log in with the same email that purchased the COIN subscription in the COIN app at my.coinapp.co
If your subscription was hosted by our website, logging into my.coinapp.co will push you back up.
If your subscription was hosted by the App Stores, please take a moment to contact your app store support and they will be able to verify your purchase and get you back up to a paid account.
