An FHR member is someone who purchased XYO Tokens during our initial sales, and stands for "Founding Hodler Registry". If you were not part of the initial sale of XYO ERC-20 Tokens, you are not FHR, and there is no way to become an FHR at this time.

If you are a COIN Account holder who is also an FHR member, you were offered 12 months of perks with COIN App. Once those 12 months expire, you may see some changes in your account.

What perks does an FHR Member receive?
If you are a COIN Account holder who is also an FHR member, you are eligible for 12-months of perks in the COIN App. You'll need to connect your FHR Wallet to your account, and you can find instructions for that here: HODL Rewards
Once you have confirmed your FHR status, you can opt for 12 months of free COIN Plus, or 12 months of COIN Pro at $12.95. If you opt for the former, you can always upgrade to COIN Pro later, but your perks will end 12 months after you initiated them.
You also have access to double HODL Rewards, and you can learn more about them here: HODL Rewards. You will continue to have double HODL rewards, regardless of whether your 12-months perks are expired.

Why am I being downgraded in the middle of my billing cycle?
The FHR 12-month programs expire 12 months, or 365 days, after they were initially activated. As you go through those 12 months, your billing dates may shift forward, which is common due to shorter months, leap years, delayed payment (for example if the card was declined), etc. This means that after some time, your initial start date of FHR 12 months will no longer match your billing cycle.
If your initiation date no longer matches your specific billing date, you may see a downgrade to your account in the middle of a billing cycle. Only those downgrading to COIN Pro FHR to COIN Plus FHR may see this occur since the COIN Plus 12-month FHR Subscription was free and required no payment. In nearly all cases, your FHR 12-month program will end up downgrading a bit later than the original downgrade date, giving you additional time with that FHR Pro. Do not worry, however, as you may keep any COIN that was earned during that extra FHR Pro time period.
I recently upgraded to COIN Pro FHR. Why did I not receive 12 months of COIN Pro FHR?
All FHR holders received 12-month perks with COIN App, and they were able to initiate COIN Plus FHR for free at the start of those 12 months, or COIN Pro FHR for a discounted price ($12.95/month) at the start of those 12 months. Additionally, all users who opted for COIN Plus FHR for free had the opportunity to upgrade to COIN Pro for the rest of their 12-month FHR perks, at $12.95/month.
If you upgraded to COIN Pro FHR partway through your 12-month perks, your 12-month perks will still expire 12 months (or 365 days) from the time you initiated those perks. This is why you may see a downgrade in your account after upgrading to COIN Pro.
Why? This is because all FHR users are allowed to have 12-months of either COIN Plus or COIN Pro, and it would be unfair to all FHR users if those who opted into COIN Pro on the last day of their free COIN Plus FHR Subscription received an additional 12 months at that rate, and if anyone who opted into COIN Pro on their first day was not allowed an additional 12 months of perks for free. Essentially, all users are given the same time period of perks, and it is up to the user to decide how they wish to use that time. All users are given the same opportunities for upgrading, and receive the downgrade at the same time (12 months after initiation) as well.
What happens to my double HODL rewards?
