Orders Shipped Inside the United States
A shipment from within the US can take 1-2 weeks. Since it is mailed via an envelope through USPS, there is no specific tracking link at this time. You will receive an email when your item has shipped, which will come from either "team@coinapp.co" or "receipt@coinapp.co".
If you do not receive your package within the expected timeframe, please do the do following prior to contacting support:
1. Confirm that your shipping address on your receipt is correct
2. Check your estimated arrival time and keep a lookout for a box from USPS in your mail, or at the local postal service. If you have not received your item after 3 weeks past the estimated delivery date, please email us!
International shipments coming from the United States - UPS Mail
An international shipment can take 1-4 weeks, depending on the country. This is mailed via an envelope through UPS, there is tracking sent in an email coming from either "team@coinapp.co" or "receipt@coinapp.co".
Should you not receive your package within the expected timeframe, please do the following prior to contacting our support team:
1. Confirm that your shipping address on your receipt is correct
2. Check your tracking number and confirm your shipment progress. If your package is marked as delivered, please hold at least 3 business days to confirm delivery is not just late.
Please note, your tracking number may take up to 7 business days after a label is created to show movement.

International Shipments from our German Shipping Facility

An international shipment can take 2-3 weeks. Tracking is sent in an email from SendCloud.
Keep in mind this is a local tracking link, this code will not work with UPS.

Exchange Policy
SentinelX NFC purchases must be made directly through an official COIN app/XYO store in order to be eligible for an exchange of a defective item. The customer must contact us within 2 months after their purchase date in order to be eligible. If exchanges are approved with a return label(Domestic US orders only), the customer must use the provided return label within 2 weeks in order to continue with replacement. If no action is taken, the label will expire without the option for a new return label.
Reshipments can be made after an order is determined to be lost in transit. Orders may take 7 business days for the first scan to be made.
