If you need to see what COIN Account you are logged into, click the account button in the top left corner of the COIN app home screen.
The button has the icon of a person, but can be the icon for your selected subscription if you have a COIN Premium account.
Once there, check the following items to confirm you are in the correct account:
- Does the email address look familiar and is spelled correctly?
- Does the "Days Old" align with when you created the account?
Email Address:
If you accidentally used the wrong email when logging in and made a second account, or if your original account had an email typo, contact our team. You're also free to leave the second account open and simply not use it at this time.
Days Old:
You can check your account's "Age" with the "Days Old" section. If your account was created today, it could be an accidental second account! If you accidentally used the wrong email when logging in and made a second account, or if your original account had an email typo, contact our team.
