Users have the option to complete tasks and try out other apps for COIN rewards in the COIN App!
Please note that if you are missing rewards for an offer, you will need to contact the host of the offer.

Bite-Size Fun
For missing rewards, you can submit a ticket via the Offerwall "In Progress" Tab. Once you reach out, you should be able to continue with email correspondence with their Customer service team.
Special Offers
Before starting an offer, make sure you read and meet all the eligibility and offer requirements.
- After clicking on an offer, promptly download and open the app of the offer.
- Go back to the offer wall and check the "In Progress" tab to see that the status of your offer changed to Installed. If the status isn't "Installed", wait 15 minutes and check again
- If the status does not change to “Installed”, we recommend choosing a different offer to complete as reinstalling does not qualify as a new install by the advertisers.
- Your progress cannot be transferred to another device, offers must be started and completed on the same device.
- Once the status has changed to "Installed", you may go ahead and complete the offer by it's requirements.
For missing rewards, visit the Extended Challenges* area in Rewarded Play and take the steps outlined below to submit the support ticket for the Special offer you are missing rewards on. *We know you chose Special offers, but this is the way to contact support. Please follow the instructions below.

Tap rewarded tasks
Tap rewarded play
Choose extended challenges
Tap the three bars in the upper left and tap Reward Status
and find the offer with missing rewards (either in In Progress or Completed) and submit a request

If you are still not seeing your rewards after 7 days, please be sure to reach out to the AdGem support team for Rewarded Play by submitting a ticket here: https://docs.adgem.com/player-support/player-support/
You will receive an email with an Adgem Support ticket number, please continue the correspondence for your rewards. A ticket must be submitted in order to receive AdGem support.
Premium Adventures
In order to process your complaint on missing rewards, we kindly ask you to open a “Missing Rewards” ticket via your offerwall IN PROGRESS tab. Please note that the option to open a ticket is only available 6 hours after you clicked on an offer, and only for 60 days since that click (or if otherwise specified).
To open a ticket, please follow the following steps:
1. Go to your Offerwall (Earn Free Rewards) and click on the In Progress Tab.
2. Click on the offer you want to open a ticket for (make sure the status changed to Installed) and click on Missing Credits? link at the bottom
3. Click on Contact Support and fill in the necessary information: Your valid email address + minimum of 50 characters text.
4. Add screenshots that can help us see that you have completed the offer.
5. Click the check box and then Submit. Your ticket is now in Pending Support status and the ticket number will appear in the list next to the offer name. You will also receive an automated email informing you that we received your ticket request.
